Refund Policy
At Nawabi Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Certain products such as intimate wear, sale items, or customized products are not eligible for return.
Exchange
Exchanges are possible only if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7â10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect). Nawabi Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
